- Provide information about the library's databases, e-books, and services
- Answer questions about the library and doing research
What are the steps for adding a Librarian in Microsoft Teams?
- Add the librarian as a member (or Owner)* of your class Team.
- Create an "Our Class Librarian" channel
- Now your librarian can share links and resources in the channel. Students can post public questions or chat privately with their class librarian.
*If your librarian is added as an Owner she can also include links to the Library website, Research Toolkit, or your Library Course Guide across the top of the channel. Note the yellow box in the screenshot below.
