Library Services that are unavailable to Alumni:

  • Access to the Library's databases and licensed online resources, such as streaming films.
  • Interlibrary Loan services.
  • Borrowing Library media materials, including DVDs.

Why Do I Lose Access to Databases and Online resources?

The companies that produce library databases and streaming film and audio require licensing agreements.
These agreements restrict access to current students and employees only. Once you are no longer enrolled at K, you do not have access Kalamazoo College Library databases, eBooks, and other licensed resources.

When do I Lose Access to Library Databases?

Your Kalamazoo College Student Network account will be terminated about ten months after your graduation
At that time, you will also lose access to Kalamazoo College Library databases and online resources.
