Moving from Broad topic to Research Question

Brainstorming

  • When did this happen?
  • Where?
  • What happened? What type of people?

Reference Sources

Encyclopedias can help. These should not be on your bibliography, but they can help you narrow your focus, suggest new keywords, link you to other sources.
